The next meeting is on Wednesday,
January 4, 2012
The
meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M. by Richard Hart, Sr., President
of TCAS.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by
Kira Thesenvitz.
The minutes can be read on the club
website, www.tcas.us. They are also emailed to
members
with email addresses on file on the
last Wednesday of the month.
General Notes:
36 Members present and 4 guest present.
For the January meeting all Find of the
Month winners bring your winning finds in. There will be a vote for Find of the
Year.
Richard Hart, President of TCAS talked
about the elections. There are three individuals nominated for President:
Richard Hart, Mark Holshoe and Ryan Rathbun. All other positions are running
unchallenged. Vice President; Mitch King, Treasurer: Mary McGee, Secretary: Dale
Thesenvitz. After the ballots were counted the results are:

All Find of the Month winners are
requested to bring in their finds on January 4th for voting on the Find of the
Year.
The TCAS Christmas party is scheduled
for December 11th with free Peach Cobbler for desert. NOTE: We had a good
turnout for the party, the food was good and the gift exchange became lively!
Richard Hart, President of TCAS
explained the Molasses Raffle and added the last piece to the chest. He also
stated that he would not do the Molasses Raffle next year and he is looking for
suggestions for 2012. Perhaps a return of the token hunt..... Does anyone have
any suggestions?
Mary McGee reminded everyone that club
dues are due for 2012.
There will be a TCAS Board Member
meeting at Marty Hufnagel's house on January 11th to plan for the years
activities.
After the break the long awaited
Molasses Raffle ticket was drawn for the chest of goodies, which contained:
